What You Need to Know...

Swan Permits:
Northeastern North Carolina hosts a large population (an estimated 100,000) of wintering swan, locally on and near Mattamuskeet  Lake. Swan permits are issued on a lottery basis by the state wildlife commission. You must hold a valid hunting license for your scheduled hunt dates to make an application for a swan permit. The season limit is one swan per hunter per season.

Considerations...

• Reservations have to be made for all hunts and must be booked in advance.
• We suggest 2-3 day hunts.
• All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit (Can be transferred to another open season date)
